Return & Replacement Policy

At Modanio, operated by Cozy Home, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium home furniture. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
We accept returns and offer replacements under the following conditions:

The request for return or replacement must be raised within 5Â days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and documentation.

Products that are customized or made to order are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at support@modanio.in or + 91 8791588466 within 5 days of delivery.

Provide your order ID, clear images of the product (in case of damage or defect), and reason for return.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Method
We offer a pickup-based return method for your convenience:

Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address

Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during return transit

You will be notified via email or phone regarding the pickup schedule
4. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements in the following cases:

The product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
-
An incorrect product is delivered.
To claim a replacement:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Share unboxing video or clear images of the damage/defect.

Our team will verify the claim and, if approved, initiate a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following scenarios:

If the return request is approved and the product is received back in its original condition.

If the product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be arranged.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7Â business days after product inspection and approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Customized or made-to-order furniture.

Products returned without original packaging or damaged due to misuse.
7. Cancellation
After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order only if the order is not being dispatched from our premises. Once the dispatch of the order has been made, we do not accept any cancellations on orders.
In case of cancellation, no credit refund will be given on the amount of purchase in any case whatsoever, but you can get a credit note that can be redeemed for future purchase with a validity of 2 Months. The customer can also get it exchanged by any other product of same or higher value by paying the difference amount.
Note: Any delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. In such case of cancellation, no credit refund will be provided.
