At Modanio (owned and operated by Cozy Home), each piece of furniture is engineered with heavy-gauge stainless steel (SS 304), high-density marble, and precision metallic finishes. To ensure every order reaches you in showroom condition, our fulfillment includes specialized multi-layer freight packaging, armored wooden crating, and insured transport carriers across India.

1. Processing, Handling & Transit Timelines

We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India with the following standardized dispatch schedules:

*Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.

2. Custom & Bespoke Orders

For customized specifications (including bespoke sizing, non-standard PVD metallic finishes, stone selections, or bulk commercial orders for interior designers):

• Fabrication timelines are determined by design complexity, material availability, and total units requested.
• An exact production milestone and dispatch schedule will be shared directly via email/WhatsApp prior to initiating fabrication.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Logistics

• Pan-India Coverage: We ship across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities throughout India.
• Transparent Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout prior to final payment. All eligible free-shipping orders reflect zero delivery fee.
• Delivery Nature: Dispatched via reliable surface road cargo. Shipments are delivered to the ground floor or doorstep where elevator or unobstructed passage access is available.

4. Packaging & Transit Insurance

To protect heavy luxury furniture during transit, every order undergoes a rigorous multi-tier packing procedure: protective film wrapping, high-density thermocol buffers, heavy 7-ply honeycomb board, and an external armored wooden crate. All shipments are fully covered by transit insurance against transit loss or damage.

5. Consignment Tracking & Delivery Acceptance

• Once dispatched, tracking links and waybill numbers are communicated via WhatsApp and email.
• Important: Inspect the outer wooden crate upon arrival. If noticeable breakage or punctures exist on the outer crate, please remark “Subject to Inspection / Damaged” on the courier Proof of Delivery (POD) slip before signing, and record a continuous unboxing video.
