Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and external logistics conditions.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: FREE across India.
For returned products, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or damage reported within the return window.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will usually reattempt delivery.
In case the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be initiated only after confirming address details with the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In rare cases of product damage during transit or lost packages, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
